Role Overview :
As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable web applications that serve as the interface for our complex AI engines. You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and backend engineers to translate sophisticated AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
Your contributions will directly influence how our enterprise clients interact with our platform, ensuring high performance, security, and seamless integration across our product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using React.js to ensure a seamless user experience for complex data-driven dashboards.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI to support high-concurrency AI processing tasks.
- Integrate front-end components with backend microservices to ensure efficient data flow and low-latency performance for end-users.
- Deploy and manage application infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal resource utilization for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and optimize system architecture for better scalability and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions to maintain high engineering standards and promote best practices across the development team.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building complex web applications using React.js, with a strong understanding of state management and component lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop high-performance backend systems using Python and FastAPI, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, including services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda for production-grade deployments.
- Strong proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, with a solid grasp of database design and integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development, preferably within a product-based organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from our Bangalore office, demonstrating self-motivation and a problem-solving mindset.
