Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly analytical and product-focused Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy next-generation autonomous AI agents that drive large-scale financial process automation for Fortune 500 enterprises.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, including the Chief Product Officer and CEO, while solving complex real-world problems at scale. You will operate in high-performance teams, owning the complete lifecycle of AI-driven products from problem definition and architecture design to deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals, systems thinking, AI/ML exposure, and a passion for building intelligent systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Autonomous Agent Development :
- Design, build, orchestrate, and deploy autonomous AI agents that automate critical finance operations.
- Develop intelligent workflows capable of achieving high levels of operational automation and decision-making.
- Define agent architectures by balancing deterministic algorithms with adaptive AI-driven logic.
Product Ownership :
- Take end-to-end ownership of product development, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product leadership to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
Large-Scale Data Engineering & Analytics :
- Work with massive financial datasets to build predictive models, optimization frameworks, and intelligent decision-support systems.
- Develop solutions for forecasting, anomaly detection, prioritization, workflow optimization, and business intelligence.
Advanced Algorithm Development :
- Design and implement algorithms for complex optimization and decision-making problems.
- Solve large-scale computational challenges involving matching, reconciliation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Apply advanced mathematical and algorithmic techniques to improve operational efficiency and automation accuracy.
Unstructured Data Processing :
- Build systems capable of processing, interpreting, and extracting insights from large volumes of unstructured financial data.
- Develop custom models and algorithms for parsing, reconciliation, matching, and document understanding.
Scalable Systems Engineering :
- Design highly scalable distributed systems capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability across AI-powered platforms and services.
Required Qualifications :
Educational Background :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong academic record from premier engineering institutions, preferably IITs or equivalent top-tier institutes.
Experience :
- 5 to 7 years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems, AI/ML platforms, or product development.
- Experience building scalable backend systems and data-intensive applications.
Technical Skills :
- Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming using Python or Java.
- Experience with functional programming languages; exposure to Rust is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, system design, and scalable architectures.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and computational problem-solving.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and data processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLM-based applications, agent frameworks, or autonomous systems is highly desirable.
