Role : Senior Java Full Stack Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in modern Java backend development along with hands-on experience in React-based frontend development.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate should be passionate about clean code, modern architecture, and building robust, user-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities :

1.

Backend Development :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Develop and maintain data access layers using Spring Data JPA and Hibernate.
• Implement business logic, workflows, and backend integrations.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Frontend Development :

• Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS.
• Build reusable UI components and ensure consistent user experiences across applications.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
• Optimize frontend performance and application responsiveness.

3.

Application

Architecture &

• Development :
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Design scalable software solutions following industry best practices and design patterns.
• Contribute to application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure maintainability, security, and performance of applications.

4. Database &

• Integration :
• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and data models.
• Work with relational databases and ORM frameworks.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and efficient data management practices.

5. Quality &

• Engineering Excellence :
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests.

6. Collaboration &

• Agile Delivery :
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and fellow developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Support deployment activities and contribute to continuous delivery initiatives.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth release cycles.

Required Skills &

Experience :

• 6 to 12 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java 17.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and ORM concepts.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Software Engineering principles.
• Experience working with SQL databases and query optimization.
• Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of security best practices and application performance optimization.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
