Info Services - Bot Migration Developer - Java/Python

Job Description :

This is a migration/integration engineer role, not a generic Teams developer. The strongest candidates should have experience with existing Webex bots or Webex integrations and migrating them to Microsoft Teams, while being comfortable reverse-engineering inherited code and working across more than one programming language.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess existing Webex bots, including business workflows, integrations, authentication and dependencies.
• Migrate one-way and two-way Webex bot functionality to Microsoft Teams.
• Develop bot/integration solutions using Java, Python, Node.js/TypeScript or C#/.NET.
• Build REST APIs, webhooks, callbacks and event-driven integrations.
• Implement OAuth 2.0 and secure token-based authentication.
• Troubleshoot inherited bot code, API failures, authentication and production issues.
• Validate functional parity between Webex and Teams implementations.
• Develop unit, integration and functional tests.
• Package, deploy and monitor solutions across environments.
• Maintain technical documentation for APIs, authentication, dependencies and deployment.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide production support.
