InvoiceMart is a leading digital invoice discounting platform backed by Axis Bank. It enables MSMEs to access working capital by connecting them with multiple lenders through a secure and scalable fintech platform.
We are looking for a Java Full Stack Architect with strong experience in the financial domain to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in backend systems, frontend frameworks, cloud architecture, and team leadership.
Architect and design end-to-end scalable solutions using Java-based technologies
Lead full lifecycle development: requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, and support
Drive microservices architecture and system design best practices
Build and manage robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot
Develop responsive and high-performance UI using Angular
Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS
Lead and mentor a team of developers; ensure code quality and best practices
Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional teams
Ensure high standards of security, performance, and scalability (especially for fintech systems)
Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making
Strong experience in Java (8 ) and Spring Boot
Hands-on experience in Angular (2 or above)
Expertise in Microservices Architecture & REST APIs
Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
Strong knowledge of System Design & Architecture
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Prior experience in Banking / Financial Services / Fintech domain
Understanding of payments, lending, or trade finance systems is a plus
Familiarity with secure transaction systems and regulatory requirements
Leadership & Soft Skills
Proven experience in team handling / tech leadership roles
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive projects independently and take ownership
Experience in mentoring and guiding engineering teams
Experience in invoice discounting / supply chain finance platforms
Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
