Role : Lead - Technology

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 8 and OOP best practices.
• Build, deploy, and optimize microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Implement efficient multithreading and work extensively with collections and core Java APIs.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to define architectural guidelines and technical solutions.
• Work with PostgreSQL, implement ORM solutions using Hibernate and JPA.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and work with Gradle, Git, and containerized environments.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and environment management

Java Development : 1. Strong in Java 8 , OOP, multithreading, collections.

Microservices

• Design and implement using Spring Boot & Spring Cloud.
