Experience :

• 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java 11/17 and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience in microservices architecture and REST API development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Maven and Git.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit and automated testing.
• Experience with Kafka and MQ messaging technologies.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work on legacy application modernization and enterprise-scale applications.

Good to Have :

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Helm.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with application monitoring and observability tools.
• Knowledge of secure coding, API security, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience working with cloud-native architectures.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Ideal Candidate :

• A strong candidate should have a full-stack development background with strong Java/Spring Boot and React expertise, combined with practical experience in microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Kafka/MQ, and automated testing.

Experience in enterprise banking or financial applications will be an added advantage.
