Senior Technical Lead Developer (Angular & Java Full Stack)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead Developer to lead and guide our development teams in building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
Mentor and guide a team of talented developers.
Provide technical leadership and expertise in Angular, Java, and other relevant technologies.
Define and enforce best practices for software development and coding standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
Software Development:
Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Micro service and other relevant technologies.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Project Management:
Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Estimate effort, plan schedules, and track project progress.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Quality Assurance:
Implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
Hands on experience of web technologies like Angular 14/ 16, NgRx Store, RxJs, HTML/HTML 5, HTML, CSS/CSS3, RWD (Responsive Web Designing), LESS, SCSS,
Deep understanding of web development concepts, including JavaScript & TypeScript
Experience in writing unit test cases for Angular
Must have strong Java/Spring Boot backend experience, with a primary skill set in designing and building REST-based APIs.
Develop and maintain APIs for web-based applications, focusing on high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
