Lead I Software Engineer is accountable for driving software development initiatives, creating scalable technical solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
• Evaluate business needs and convert them into effective technical implementations.
• Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications and systems.
• Conduct code reviews while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with product owners, solution architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

We are seeking a Java / Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and managing applications within cloud environments. The role requires identifying the most suitable solutions and building cloud-native applications that are scalable, efficient, and reliable.

What You'll Do

• Develop approaches that enable cost-efficient delivery of reliable and highly scalable systems.
• Review current implementations, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements.
• Establish a comprehensive strategy covering transformation governance, automation, security, implementation, and operational processes.
• Assess existing application and IT service landscapes, define migration, transformation, and automation strategies, and create implementation roadmaps.
• Contribute thought leadership and innovative perspectives on technology solutions.
• Present and communicate ideas effectively through written documentation and architectural diagrams.
• Offer technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
