Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Java Architecture Developer to join our team in Bangalore. In this capacity, you will serve as a technical anchor, designing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications that serve as the backbone for our client's critical business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Your work will directly influence the architectural integrity and long-term maintainability of enterprise-grade systems, ensuring they remain resilient in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment.
Mandatory Skills : AWS Cloud Architecture, Java SpringBoot, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SOA and Microservices Based Architecture
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions to support high-traffic enterprise applications.
- Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL to ensure high availability and efficient data retrieval for business-critical workflows.
- Lead the migration and deployment of legacy systems to AWS cloud infrastructure to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
- Establish coding standards and architectural patterns using Spring Boot to ensure consistency and quality across the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineering staff through code reviews and technical guidance to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify technical bottlenecks and implement architectural improvements that reduce latency and enhance user experience.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex application architectures with 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in the Java ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build and maintain distributed systems using Microservices Architecture, ensuring loose coupling and high cohesion.
- Advanced proficiency in developing RESTful services with Spring Boot and managing cloud-native deployments on AWS.
- Strong analytical skills in database design and performance tuning within PostgreSQL environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a hybrid office environment in Bangalore and engaging with global teams.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
