Java Backend Developer

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with strong hands-on programming expertise and the ability to deliver high-quality, low-defect code. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently shipping features with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java (1.8+) and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Implement robust APIs and backend services following best practices.
• Work on Word document generation/manipulation using Apache POI, docx4j, or similar libraries.
• Handle HTML rendering, CSS styling, JavaScript integration, and image embedding within documents.
• Work with XML and Office Open XML (OOXML) standards for DOCX manipulation.
• Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices (no dedicated QA support).
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to clean coding standards.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application security.
• *Required Skills
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java (1.8+) and Spring/Spring Boot
• Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Design & Design Patterns
• Experience in entity/domain modeling & database schema design (SQL & NoSQL)
• Strong knowledge of API-driven system design
• Understanding of web security vulnerabilities & performance tuning
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and code quality practices
• Working knowledge of AWS / GCP / Azure
• *Location: Noida (Hybrid)
• *Experience Required: 5–8 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
