Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS cloud services, and modern software development practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build secure, resilient, and cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance Microservices-based architectures.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL database solutions.
• Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure applications meet security, scalability, and reliability standards.

Required Skills :

• 7+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Strong experience with Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, collections, concurrency, and JVM internals.
• Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including:
• EC2
• S3
• Lambda
• RDS
• ECS/EKS
• API Gateway
• CloudWatch
• IAM
• SNS/SQS
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of Serverless architecture.
• Exposure to Redis or other caching technologies.
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Knowledge of application monitoring and observability tools.
• AWS Certification (Associate or Professional) is a plus.

Qualifications :
