Java Backend Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and database management, with an ability to work in an Agile team environment and deliver robust, scalable, and efficient applications.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications following best practices and coding standards.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third-party services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI, QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance.
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, or similar frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Maintain proper documentation for design, code, and API specifications.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-level applications using Java, with a deep understanding of Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks.
• Proven ability to design and manage RESTful APIs and integrate them with complex backend systems to support seamless frontend functionality.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
