Java Backend Developer

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend microservices.

Build secure, reliable, and high-performance backend systems.

Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database interactions.

Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Debug production issues and provide timely fixes.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture and design discussions.

Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.

Work in Agile development environments and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.

Skills

2+ years of professional experience in Java Backend Development.

Strong proficiency in Java.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.

Good understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.

Experience with Hibernate/JPA.

Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Design Patterns.

Experience with Maven or Gradle.

Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
