Required Skills and Experience :

8+ years of experience in Java backend development.
Strong experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and service-oriented design.
Deep understanding of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ with cloud exp.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with prior experience mentoring teams.
