Java Backend Developer - Spring Frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems using Java and related technologies.
• Lead architectural discussions, propose solutions, and make strategic technical decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA teams to deliver robust software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering best practices in code quality and software development.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement secure, well-tested, and documented APIs and backend services.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporate them into project planning.

Required Skills and Experience :

• 8+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and service-oriented design.
• Deep understanding of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ with cloud exp.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with prior experience mentoring teams.
