Java Backend Developer

Experience : 6 - 10 Years

Educational Qualifications : Engineering Degree

Mandatory Technical Skills :

• Java, Spring, Micro

Backend Requirements :

• Minimum of 6 years of development experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with XML, Web Services (SOAP, REST), JMS, Spring, React, and SQL.
• Experience in complex data analysis, data migrations, and system integration of software products into complex IT environments.
• Experience in writing/understanding quality database queries or stored procedures that are reliable, scalable, and reusable.
• Development experience on the Linux operating system and Application Servers.
• Experience working with integration middleware or enterprise system bus (ESB) technologies such as Spring, Tomcat, Apache Camel and OSGI containers like Apache Karaf.
• Experience with Design Patterns and Enterprise Integration Patterns, including file transfers, messaging, routing, transforming, enriching, etc.
• Experience with source control software (GitHub), unit testing (Junit, Mockito), and build automation/CI (Jenkins).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development practices, including the use of AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate feature delivery, improve code quality, and write, review, and debug code more effectively.
