We are looking for an experienced Backend Tech Lead who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, building scalable systems, and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend applications.
• Architect secure, reliable, and high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Mentor and guide backend engineers through code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Define engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Drive technical decision-making and participate in architecture reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.
• Contribute to hiring and technical interviews for backend engineers.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

• 4 years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Mandatory experience working in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of REST APIs.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis is an advantage.
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
