Key Responsibilities

• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to create optimal software solutions
• Develop high-quality software following best practices in coding and testing
• Collaborate with team members to address software issues and enhance existing applications
• Conduct software performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation
• Stay updated on current technologies and trends in the software development industry

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Java Developer
• Strong analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Technical Skills & Experience

• Proficient in Java, J2EE, and JavaScript programming
• Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing web applications using Angular or React
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Certification in Java programming
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
