Experience Required: 3 to 11 years

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business use cases and user needs.
Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and performant APIs.
Ship new features regularly — weekly or even daily.
Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with customers to resolve them.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and related technologies.
Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices
Knowledge of databases and REST API development.

Preferred / Good to Have

Experience with tools and technologies such as Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, or Aerospike.
