Role Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Microservices architecture and Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid backend foundation and a good understanding of modern frontend technologies like ReactJS (nice to have).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications.
• Build scalable and resilient microservices-based architecture using Spring Boot.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external/internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

• 5 8 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
• Experience with version control tools (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with ReactJS or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of API gateways and service discovery tools (Eureka, Zuul, etc.).
