Java Developer

Role Overview :

As a Java Developer, you will be at the core of our engineering team, architecting and maintaining high-performance backend systems that power our enterprise-grade applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering squads to translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust code. By ensuring the stability and efficiency of our server-side infrastructure, you will directly influence the end-user experience, driving seamless performance for our global client base and contributing to the overall technical roadmap of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement high-availability Java applications to ensure consistent system performance for our growing user base.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrate deep proficiency in Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot, enabling the creation of modular and maintainable microservices.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills to solve intricate architectural challenges, paired with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Possess a solid understanding of relational databases and ORM tools, ensuring data integrity and efficient storage solutions.
