Medinex Workforce is hiring Java Developer Interns for a full-time remote internship opportunity. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to Java programming, object-oriented concepts, backend development basics, APIs, database connectivity, debugging, and software development workflows.

Responsibilities

Assist in writing, testing, and maintaining Java code for assigned tasks.

Support the development of small application modules, backend features, or utilities.

Apply object-oriented programming concepts in basic development work.

Work with REST APIs, JSON, and database operations when required.

Help identify and fix coding errors, logic issues, and functionality problems.

Assist in testing assigned features to ensure expected application behavior.

Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and development guidelines.

Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.

Coordinate with developers to understand requirements and technical specifications.

Use Git or similar version-control tools for assigned development work.

Maintain simple documentation for code changes, tasks, and updates.

Complete assigned Java development tasks within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts is preferred.

Familiarity with Spring, Spring Boot, or backend development basics is an advantage.

Understanding of SQL, databases, REST APIs, or JSON is helpful.

Knowledge of Git and GitHub is an added advantage.

Academic, personal, or internship-level Java projects are welcome.

Employment Type: Full-time Internship

Location: India

Duration: 1 to 3 Months

Stipend: ₹15,300 per month
