Java Developer Java/-Based Software Development Job Description The Java Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high/-performance enterprise applications, backend microservices, and RESTful APIs using Java and the Spring ecosystem. Working across the full Software Development Life Cycle /(SDLC/) within Agile environments, this role focuses on writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code, integrating relational/NoSQL databases, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless integration with cloud infrastructure Key Duties Design, build, and maintain reliable and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java /(Java 11/17/21/) and Spring Boot/Spring Framework. Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and object/-relational mapping /(ORM/) using Hibernate, JPA, and relational databases /(PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle DB/).

Implement asynchronous messaging, event/-driven architectures, and task queues using Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS. Write complex unit, integration and performance tests using JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers and Postman to ensure code reliability and CI/CD compatibility. Work with front/-end developers, DevOps engineers, and systems architects to deploy microservices on cloud platforms /(AWS, Azure, GCP/) using Docker and Kubernetes.

Implement strong application security measures using Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, and HTTPS/TLS encryption standards.
