Good communication both written and verbal

4 - 8 Years of extensive hands on experience on:

• Core Java – Fundamentals, Multi-threading
• Web / Web Services – Spring stack, REST, SOAP
• Good exposure to Spring stack
• Good ORM tool experience – Hibernate, Mybatis
• Any JavaScript and front end toolkit experience
• Basic SQL experience
• Any RAD tool experience or understanding – Spring Roo Groovy/Grails, PLAY framework on JVM etc..
• A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design
• Nice to have Working knowledge of oracle or MySQL databases
