Role & responsibilities
Youll be working in the Investment Bank IT (Agency Trading – Algos Crew) team in Pune. Our role is to manage global applications providing oversight, support, analysis, and solutions that implement a strategic architecture. This position is for a junior developer to join the Agency Trading – Algos team to make valuable contributions to both the existing platform and play a pivotal role in the build out of our strategic middle office solution using the proprietary state-of-art low latency framework.

Your experience and skills
5 to 10 years hands-on experience in development and well versed in Computer Science fundamentals, modern software development practices including SDLC. Required skills are:
- Technical Skills
- Strong database concepts with exposure to reference data systems preferably Oracle
- Core Java
- Unix utilities and shell scripting
- Soft /. Functional Skills
- Strong communication skills, ability to understand business requirements, and explain system behaviour to users
- Experience/Knowledge of Investment Bank cash equities and futures front / middle office
- Exposure to continuous integration and deployment
- Understanding of Order management, market data, static data etc.
- Accountable with a strong sense of ownership and continually strive to improve
- Quick learner
- Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
