Role Overview :

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-traffic backend services that form the backbone of our client applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and system architects, to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

Your work will directly impact the reliability and scalability of our platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for thousands of concurrent users while maintaining high standards of code quality and system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement scalable server-side components using Java and J2EE to support high-volume transaction processing.
• Optimize database interactions and data persistence layers by leveraging Hibernate to ensure low-latency performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to conduct thorough code reviews and identify potential bottlenecks in existing system architecture.
• Integrate third-party APIs and internal microservices to enhance the functionality and interoperability of our core platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to maintain high availability and system uptime for our end users.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in core Java and J2EE frameworks, with a deep understanding of multi-threading, memory management, and object-oriented design principles.
• Proficiency in managing complex data mappings and transaction management using Hibernate in enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong analytical skills to debug intricate backend logic and improve overall system efficiency.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a distributed, remote-first team environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality code within a 3 - 7 year professional experience bracket.
• Adaptability to work in a flexible, location-agnostic environment while maintaining high levels of individual productivity and team collaboration.
