Java Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable server-side applications. You will collaborate closely with other developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and resilient Java-based applications for the financial services industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Required Skillset :

• Proven ability to design and develop robust and scalable Java applications, with 5- 8 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Spring WebFlux.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React.js or AngularJS.
• Demonstrated ability to design and consume RESTful APIs using tools like POSTMAN.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
