Role Overview :
We are looking for a high-caliber Java Developer to join our engineering team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling robust backend services that form the backbone of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and senior architects, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for our growing user base.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical requirements, ensuring that every feature aligns with business goals and long-term product vision.
- Optimize existing database queries and application logic to reduce latency and improve the overall responsiveness of our platform.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members to maintain high standards of code quality and engineering excellence across the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrate deep expertise in core Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem, with a proven ability to design modular and testable microservices.
- Possess a strong understanding of architectural patterns, enabling you to make informed decisions regarding system design and scalability.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Show a high degree of adaptability and a proactive mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Gurugram.
- Maintain a rigorous approach to problem-solving, consistently delivering clean, well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications.
