Java Developer

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Unit testing (JUnit / Mockito) and basic integration testing awareness.

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and platforms to enhance software development and code quality. Knowledge of Maven/Gradle build tools.
• Experience in code quality tools (Sonar, linting) & Springboot and RMQ, Docker & Linux.
• Good to have CI/CD awareness and Hibernate / JPA, Kafka / messaging, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP if used)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture along with API contracts, Inter-service communication, Basic resilience patterns (retry, circuit breaker).
• Experience with relational databases, Query optimization, indexing basics, transaction handling such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical decisions for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
