Java Developer

Job Description :

Experience : 2.5 - 4.5 Years

Education : BE/BTech / ME/MTech

Work Mode : Hybrid

Role Overview :

- Design and build highly scalable, resilient backend systems

• Work on SaaS/CaaS/IoT-based platforms powering real-world applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features
• Contribute to architecture, system design, and performance optimization

Must-Have Skills :

• Strong in Algorithms & Data Structures
• Hands-on experience with :

1. Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices Architecture

2. Kafka / Event-driven systems

• Experience building or working on scalable systems/platforms
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Working knowledge of :

1. NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra) OR PostgreSQL

• Solid understanding of System Design fundamentals

Good to Have :

• Experience in SaaS / CaaS / IoT platforms or any eCommerce Background
• Exposure to high-scale production environments
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
