Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Java Developer role based in Bengaluru.
Developer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications that power Huzzl.ai’s AI-driven hiring workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features using Java and Spring, building and optimizing microservices, integrating APIs, and ensuring system performance, scalability, and reliability. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, data and AI engineers, and QA specialists to deliver well-tested, secure, and maintainable code.
Developer will also participate in code reviews, refine technical designs, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.
