Job Description

We are hiring a Lead Engineer / Senior Lead Engineer – Software Development with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to build and enhance enterprise-scale telecom applications. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating backend systems with multiple internal and third-party platforms.

Candidates with experience in Telecom domain solutions (ILL, MPLS, SIP, VPN) and system integrations (SFDC, SAP, Billing systems) will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE-based enterprise applications
• Build REST and SOAP APIs and microservices-based architectures
• Work on telecom solutions related to ILL, MPLS, SIP, VPN (preferred)
• Perform database design, entity modeling, and SQL optimization
• Integrate applications with SFDC, SAP, Billing, and other enterprise systems
• Implement Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring JPA, Spring Batch, and Spring AOP
• Ensure application security by addressing OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support
• Coordinate with business users and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java & SQL
• Expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC, Security, JPA, Batch, AOP)
• Solid knowledge of Hibernate / ORM frameworks
• Experience with REST & SOAP Web Services and Microservices Architecture
• Working knowledge of:
• Jenkins, Git
• JSON / XML
• Quartz Scheduler
• Log4j / Logback
• RabbitMQ
• Experience with Application Servers such as Tomcat / JBoss
• Understanding of HTTP protocol and backend architecture
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps processes

Good to Have Skills

• Experience in Telecom domain (ILL, MPLS, SIP, VPN)
• Exposure to AngularJS, AJAX, or frontend technologies
• Knowledge of IP networking concepts
• Experience with API Gateways and system integrations

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
