Java Frontend Developer

We are looking for a talented Java Frontend Developer to join our dynamic technology team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks while working closely with Java-based backend services.

The role involves designing and developing responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Build reusable UI components and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement pixel-perfect user interfaces based on business and design requirements.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Application Development :

• Integrate frontend applications with Java-based backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Develop dynamic and interactive web pages with high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless application functionality.
• Participate in application architecture and design discussions.

User Experience & Performance :

• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Conduct code reviews and implement frontend best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues and production defects.
• Ensure adherence to security and quality standards.

Agile Collaboration :

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development best practices.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

• Develop unit and integration tests for frontend components.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing and peer reviews.
• Support deployment and production releases.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4- 8 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, React.js, or Vue.js.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with Java/J2EE backend systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and UI frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, NgRx, or Context API.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
