Java Full Stack Architect - Microservices Architecture

Role Overview:

As a Java Full Stack Architect, you will serve as the technical backbone for high-impact enterprise applications, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable software architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to design robust, cloud-native solutions that drive business efficiency.

Your daily focus will involve setting architectural standards, mentoring senior developers, and ensuring that the systems we deploy are performant, secure, and maintainable, ultimately shaping the technological trajectory of our clients' digital products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement end-to-end scalable software architectures using Java and modern frontend frameworks to ensure high availability and performance for end-users.
• Lead the migration and integration of legacy systems into cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure, to optimize infrastructure costs and operational agility.
• Define API strategies and implement GraphQL schemas to streamline data fetching and improve the responsiveness of client-facing applications.
• Establish coding standards and architectural best practices to maintain high code quality across distributed development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business problems into modular, maintainable technical solutions that support long-term business growth.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical deep-dives to mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in architecting enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot with a deep understanding of microservices patterns.
• Proven ability to design and manage complex frontend ecosystems using React.js and Angular 7 to deliver seamless, high-performance user experiences.
• Strong proficiency in cloud architecture and deployment strategies on AWS and Azure platforms, including serverless computing and containerization.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai, maintaining high productivity in hybrid or distributed team setups.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience in full-stack development and software architecture within large-scale enterprise environments.
