Java Full Stack Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Java Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design and build scalable backend services, craft responsive front-end interfaces, and contribute to end-to-end product delivery across modern tech stacks. You will also play a key part in Java upgrade and migration initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust, scalable backend services using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design principles.
• Design and implement responsive front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Write, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers for relational databases.
• Perform data modeling, indexing strategies, and performance tuning to ensure optimal database efficiency.
• Consume and design RESTful APIs; integrate seamlessly with external systems and third-party services.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using JWT and OAuth2 standards.
• Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and platforms to extend application capabilities.
• Use Maven or Groovy for build automation, dependency management, and continuous integration pipelines.
• Generate and manage reports using Java reporting tools such as JasperReports.
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing with JUnit and Mockito, and maintain meaningful code coverage.
• Manage source code using Git and track issues and sprints using JIRA within Agile workflows.
• Deploy and maintain applications through CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot applications using tools such as Postman, Splunk, or ELK Stack.
• Contribute to Java upgrade and migration projects, ensuring backward compatibility and performance improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Solid experience in Java upgrade or migration projects.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Strong front-end skills in Angular or React, with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL and relational database tuning.
• Experience with JWT/OAuth2 authentication mechanisms.
• Familiarity with JasperReports or equivalent Java reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Git, Maven/Groovy, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong testing skills — JUnit, Mockito, and API testing.
