Java Full Stack Developer | Java & React | 2+ Years

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer (2+ years) to join their team. In this full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore, Karnataka, you will be responsible for both backend and frontend development, contributing to the design and implementation of robust applications that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot).
• Implement frontend solutions using React.js to create dynamic user interfaces.
• Design and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless data interaction.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL/MySQL for data storage and retrieval.
• Utilize event-driven architecture with Apache Kafka to enhance application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices in software development.
• Manage version control using Git and implement CI/CD practices for efficient deployment.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Java backend development, specifically with Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in frontend development using React.js.
• Experience in API development, both RESTful and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture, particularly with Apache Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying production-grade applications.
