Role : Java Full Stack Development (Java + React.JS + Gen AI)
Location : Viman Nagar, Pune
Work Mode : Hybrid (4 Days WFO)
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Generative AI. The role involves developing scalable backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot, building responsive web applications using React, and integrating Gen AI / LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and secure backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Design and develop responsive, modular web applications using React.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services with frontend applications.
- Work with Generative AI / LLMs to build intelligent application features and automation workflows.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar models into applications.
- Work with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI-powered workflows.
- Develop and maintain applications using SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Design and work with event-driven / asynchronous architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Deploy and maintain applications using Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
Key Requirements
Backend (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in Java.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and backend architecture.
- Experience with Spring Data JPA / Hibernate.
- Good understanding of multithreading, exception handling, and performance optimization.
Frontend (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state-management frameworks.
- Ability to integrate React applications with backend REST APIs.
Generative AI (Required/Good to have)
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI / LLM-based applications.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs.
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Exposure to frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Understanding of AI agents / Agentic AI workflows is an advantage.
Database & Cloud
- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL and MongoDB / Redis.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Good to Have
- Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ and event-driven architecture.
- Experience building AI-powered chat interfaces or intelligent workflow automation.
- Exposure to Knowledge Graphs / Graph databases.
- Experience with AI agent orchestration and multi-step AI workflows.
