Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer / Lead (Java, React, Python)

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Java Full Stack Developers and Leads with strong experience in Java, React, and optionally Python. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and working across backend and frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and React
• Build robust backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• For Lead roles: drive technical design, mentor team members, and ensure delivery excellence

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot preferred)
• Hands-on experience in React.js
• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Python (for full stack roles with Python exposure)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
