Java Full Stack Developer

Position: Java Full Stack Developer Experience: 4–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About The Role We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in core Java and enterprise application development, along with practical exposure to AI/ML integration, such as working with LLM-based APIs, AI-assisted coding tools, or embedding intelligent features into applications. This is a great opportunity to grow technical depth while working on modern, scalable systems that blend traditional backend engineering with emerging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using monolithic and microservices.

Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and design patterns

Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing or new applications (e.g., LLM APIs, recommendation engines, intelligent automation, chatbots, or AI-assisted features)

Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Stay current with emerging Java frameworks and AI tooling relevant to enterprise development Required Skills & Experience 4–6 years of professional experience in Java full stack development

Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8+ (Streams, Lambdas), and object-oriented design principles

Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot framework

Experience with RESTful API design/development; exposure to microservices architecture is a plus

Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)

Working knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) is a plus

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Working knowledge of containerization tools like Docker, exposure to Kubernetes is a plus

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)

Practical exposure to AI/ML technologies such as:

Integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.)

Using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)

Building or integrating AI-powered features (chatbots, recommendation systems, intelligent search, document processing)

Basic understanding of ML concepts or prompt engineering is a plus

Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Working knowledge of at least one frontend framework — React or Angular — for building or integrating with UI layers
