Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Java Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Pune, where you will play a pivotal role in architecting and scaling high-performance enterprise applications. In this capacity, you will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend interfaces, working closely with cross-functional product teams and global stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and optimal performance for our core business applications.
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using AngularJS to enhance user engagement and streamline complex workflows.
• Manage and optimize relational database schemas in MySQL and SQL to ensure data integrity and high-speed retrieval for mission-critical operations.
• Automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning using CI/CD methodologies to accelerate release cycles and improve code quality.
• Architect and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure platforms to support global infrastructure needs and ensure system resilience.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to iterate on features, ensuring that technical implementations align with long-term business objectives.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in building end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AngularJS, with a deep understanding of modern software design patterns.
• Proven ability to manage complex database environments using MySQL and SQL, ensuring efficient query performance and secure data management.
• Hands-on experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines and deploying scalable architectures within AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior developers within the team.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting production issues in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative Pune-based team environment, maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.
