About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices, cloud-native application development, modern front-end frameworks, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications while leveraging Azure cloud services, DevOps practices, containerization, and AI-powered architectures.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
- Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using Angular or ReactJS.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services for high-performance distributed applications.
- Implement cloud-native architectures and scalable application designs on Microsoft Azure.
- Design and develop event-driven solutions leveraging Kafka and messaging technologies.
- Build and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments through Kubernetes (AKS).
- Implement monitoring, logging, performance optimization, and reliability engineering practices.
- Develop AI-powered business solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures utilizing vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Integrate enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms to enable intelligent search and conversational AI experiences.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps teams, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure application security, scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence following industry best practices.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
- Strong experience in AngularJS and/or ReactJS for enterprise-scale front-end application development.
- Expertise in developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
- Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Expertise in Docker containerization and Kubernetes (AKS) orchestration.
- Experience working with API Gateways, Service Discovery, Monitoring, and Logging frameworks.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
- Experience building scalable and high-availability enterprise applications.
