Role Overview :
As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications.
You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Your contribution will directly impact the user experience and system reliability, ensuring that our platforms remain agile and capable of handling large-scale data processing requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and develop secure, scalable server-side components using Java and J2EE to ensure high availability for enterprise applications.
- Design intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using React.js and AngularJS to enhance user engagement and platform accessibility.
- Optimize database performance and schema design in MySQL to support complex queries and high-volume data transactions.
- Implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot and integrate Python-based Django services where required to maintain modularity.
- Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimal performance across production environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct code reviews and implement best practices in software development to maintain high code quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks across the full stack to minimize downtime and improve system throughput.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks, with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles and C++ for performance-critical modules.
- Proven ability to build dynamic front-end applications using HTML, JavaScript, React.js, and AngularJS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency in managing relational databases with MySQL and deploying scalable applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a collaborative, agile environment across Navi Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, or Indore, with the flexibility to adapt to hybrid or project-specific work models.
- Minimum 6 to 12 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-impact technical projects.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to learning emerging technologies.
