Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices following industry best practices and design patterns.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js or Angular.
• Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka for asynchronous messaging and system integration.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following coding standards and best practices.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Support production deployments and resolve application issues as needed.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency in React.js or Angular for front-end development.
• Experience working with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging.
• Good understanding of Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and Java 8 features.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of SQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
