Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Java Full Stack Developer to join our high-performance engineering team in Bangalore/Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications, bridging the gap between complex backend architectures and intuitive frontend interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering squads to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. By maintaining high standards of code quality and system reliability, you will directly influence the digital experience of our global user base and drive the technical roadmap of our core product offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement end-to-end features using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for our enterprise clients.
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React.js to enhance user engagement and streamline complex workflows.
• Integrate event-driven microservices using Kafka to facilitate real-time data processing and seamless system communication.
• Manage and optimize data persistence layers using MongoDB to support high-volume transactions and complex data structures.
• Mentor junior developers through rigorous code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated mastery in building scalable backend systems using Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to craft modern, component-based frontend applications using React.js that prioritize performance and accessibility.
• Extensive experience in designing event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka for asynchronous messaging and data streaming.
• Proficiency in modeling and querying NoSQL databases like MongoDB to support high-scale application requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent deep-work with team-based agile ceremonies.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering impactful software solutions over 8 to 10 years of professional experience.
