Java Full Stack Developer - Spring Boot/Javascript

Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end software solutions that serve as the backbone for our clients' digital operations. You will work within a collaborative, cross-functional team of architects, product managers, and UI/UX designers to translate complex business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code. Your work will directly influence the scalability and performance of enterprise-grade applications, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users while maintaining high standards of system reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and develop scalable server-side components using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high-performance backend processing for enterprise applications.
• Design and deploy microservices-based architectures that improve system modularity, fault tolerance, and deployment speed for client projects.
• Build intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using Angular 2+ or React.js to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.
• Optimize database performance and query efficiency using SQL to ensure rapid data retrieval and integrity across complex application layers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and implement performance tuning, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system stability.
• Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in software engineering, testing, and documentation.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular 2+ or React.js.
• Proven ability to design and maintain microservices architectures, including experience with API development and inter-service communication.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for database design, complex query optimization, and data management within high-traffic environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• A minimum of 7 - 12 years of professional experience in software development, with a track record of delivering complex projects from inception to deployment.
• High degree of adaptability to work in a professional office environment in Chennai, maintaining a focus on quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced setting.
