Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Java Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that power our core business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and system architects, to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Your work will directly influence the performance and reliability of our platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our end users while maintaining high standards of code quality and system security.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-grade applications.
• Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces using React JS to provide intuitive experiences for our clients.
• Design and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka to facilitate real-time data processing and seamless service communication.
• Build and deploy robust microservices to enhance system modularity, maintainability, and independent scalability.
• Optimize database queries and API performance to reduce latency and improve the overall efficiency of the application ecosystem.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to uphold engineering best practices and mentor junior team members.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in Java development with a deep understanding of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to build dynamic, state-managed front-end applications using React JS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in implementing event-driven systems using Kafka for high-throughput data streaming.
• Strong proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating them with complex backend systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in fullstack development within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Chennai, contributing to team synergy and project delivery.
