Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (Telecom Domain)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in backend and frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture, with a solid understanding of telecom systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build and deploy microservices-based architecture using Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive UI components using React or Angular.
- Integrate applications with AWS cloud services for scalable and secure deployments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps.
- Understand telecom domain requirements such as OSS/BSS systems, billing, provisioning, and network operations.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and system design.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java (Core & Advanced)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot & Microservices Architecture
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
- Frontend development experience with React.js or Angular
- Good understanding of REST APIs and Web Services
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Domain Experience
- Prior experience in the Telecom domain is mandatory
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems, telecom workflows, billing systems, or network management is highly preferred
Good to Have
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Exposure to Kafka or messaging systems
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
