About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Full-Stack Developer with a deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot and React.js. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will bridge the gap between frontend user experiences and backend infrastructure, ensuring high code quality, system reliability, and seamless architectural integrations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Backend Architecture & Engineering :
- Design & Scale API Microservices : Architect and develop robust, secure, and scalable RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot.
- Database & Storage Optimization : Design efficient relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) schemas. Write highly optimized queries and manage transaction handling.
- System Resilience : Implement advanced architectural patterns such as Circuit Breaker, CQRS, Saga pattern, and asynchronous event-driven queues using Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
2. Frontend Engineering & Optimization :
- Component-Driven Development : Build highly responsive, accessible (WCAG compliant), and scalable user interfaces using React.js (v16.8 ), Hooks, and TypeScript.
- State & Performance Management : Manage complex application states using Redux Toolkit or Context API. Optimize client-side performance through code-splitting, lazy loading, and virtualized lists.
3. DevOps, Cloud & Leadership :
- Cloud & Deployment : Package and containerize microservices using Docker and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes onto cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- CI/CD Automation : Set up and maintain automated continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Technical Leadership : Lead code reviews, mentor junior/mid-level engineers, enforce engineering best practices, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and UI/UX designers in an Agile environment.
Technical Requirements :
- Core Backend : Java (8 or higher), Spring Boot, Spring Security (OAuth2/JWT), Hibernate/Spring Data JPA.
- Core Frontend : ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, HTML5, CSS3, Sass.
- Databases : PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server. Exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) and Caching (Redis).
- Architecture : Microservices, RESTful Web Services, Event-driven architecture (Kafka).
- Tools & DevOps : Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Jest/React Testing Library, JUnit, and Mockito.
- Cloud Platforms : AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda) or equivalent cloud providers.
