Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team developing scalable enterprise applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining end-to-end solutions, working across both frontend and backend technologies in a cloud-first, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions where required.
- Work in an Agile development environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Required Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Angular or React.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL and/or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience working with cloud platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
Educational Qualification :
- 15 years of full-time education (mandatory).
