Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Java 21 and Node.js, along with modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable enterprise applications, working in Agile environments, and collaborating with globally distributed teams across APAC and EMEA regions. Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java 21, Node.js 22, and React/Angular.
Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend frameworks and best practices.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Create clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry standards.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and global stakeholders across APAC and EMEA.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex to improve productivity and code quality.
Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to continuous delivery and product innovation.
Support application deployment, troubleshooting, and production incident resolution.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Backend Development
5 to 10 years of software development experience.
Strong experience in Java Full Stack Development.
Hands-on expertise with Java 21.
Strong development experience using Node.js 22.
Experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful API development.
Knowledge of Vert.x 5 is a plus.
Frontend Development
Strong hands-on experience with React.js or Angular.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6 ).
Experience working with XML Views, JSON, and MVC Architecture.
Strong understanding of responsive UI development and modern frontend design principles.
Development Practices
Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
Agile & Collaboration
Practical experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams across APAC and EMEA regions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
